Eligibility
Any narrative film with a running time of up to 12 minutes (from the first to the last frame and/or sound, including opening titles and credits)

Submission Rules
Films should be submitted on a DVD disc in perfect condition, without on-screen titles or references such as time codes. An English transcription of dialogs must accompany foreign films not subtitled or dubbed in English.
Works already entered and selected at other events and/or festivals are also eligible, provided they are not protected by copyright.
A panel of experts will evaluate submissions. Panel members have the right to waive the above rules in special circumstances.

There is no limitation to the number of films any author or group of authors can submit, nor to the year of production. Applicants can load all films on a single DVD, provided Technical Data Sheets for each film are enclosed with the application form. Participants shall defray shipping costs of DVDs and other material. By sending your application form you declare that you have understood and will abide by Festival rules. Organizers reserve the right to amend and update the rules; participants will be promptly informed of any change.

Privacy Statement
Personal data will be handled by the Festival organization in compliance with Italian regulations on privacy and the use of personal information (D. Lgs 196/2003) for the sole purposes outlined above.

Final Remarks
Additional categories may be created if warranted by the number and genre of submitted films. Any material enclosed with the application shall not be returned but stored in our files.

The Festival organization is not liable for the theft, damage or loss of material submitted. Authors must answer for the content of their film(s). Any copyrighted material (footage and/or music) included in an author’s work must have been cleared before submission. The organization will preserve, without any time limitation, every right of use, reproduction and processing of the works received within the scope of its activities.
